Job description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Human Resources department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations.
The MIT - Human Resources is responsible for below as well:
· Employee Wellness and Safety
Assist in organizing wellness programs and activities that promote employee health and well-being.
· Talent Management
Assist in talent identification and succession planning processes.
Support efforts to retain top talent by participating in engagement and retention strategies.
· Compensation and Benefits
Help in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist in processing payroll by collecting and verifying attendance data and other related information.
· Employee Relations
Assist in managing employee grievances and concerns by providing support in investigations and documentation.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives such as organizing events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Help maintain open lines of communication between employees and management.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
University Degree/ Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or hotel management related degree.
Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
