Job description:

· To provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and development MICE clients which in turn maximises hotel revenue and profitability.
· Implementation of Standards
· To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, properly handling confirmed groups over the Event Planning Team.
· To fully and correctly use Envision.
· To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt's Policies & Procedures.

Customer Service

· Together with your MICE Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads.
· To answer incoming telephone enquiries and acknowledge emailed enquiries within two hours of receipt.
· Where required, to handle last minute leads from enquiry to conversion to the day of the event.
· To undertake telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required.
· To follow the Hyatt Standards in relation to the conversion of MICE leads.
· To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
· To actively listen and effectively identify appropriate messages and delivery methods to clients.
· To provide courteous and professional service to our internal customers in other departments.

Profitability

· To meet your designated revenue targets.
· To proactively find and confirm new leads within the MICE segments.
· To assist with the preparation and regular update of the departmental budget.
· To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other hotel facilities and services.

Sales and Marketing

· To fully utilise the correct photography, presentation material and approved selling phrases for all forms of client presentations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as MICE Sales Manager
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
·  The position is for Vietnamese only
