Job description
The Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing, managing, and maintaining relationships within the leisure travel segment. This role focuses on promoting the hotel’s services and amenities to travel agencies, tour operators, and wholesale partners, while identifying new business opportunities to maximize room nights and revenue.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, proactive sales professional with strong hospitality industry knowledge and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase leisure market share and achieve revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel trade partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agents (OTAs), and wholesale accounts.

Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to promote the property and its offerings.

Identify new business opportunities within domestic and international leisure markets.
·
Attend relevant industry trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to represent the property and develop new partnerships.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages with leisure clients to secure group and individual bookings.

Collaborate with the Revenue Management and Marketing teams to develop promotions, packages, and seasonal offers that support leisure segment growth.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management through the CRM system.
·
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
·
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to proactively adjust sales strategies.
Desired profile
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
·
Minimum of 2–4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within the leisure or travel trade market.
·
Strong understanding of leisure distribution channels and travel industry dynamics.
·
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
·
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
·
Ability to travel as required for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/sales management systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering, or similar).
