You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Learning Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying learning needs, designing training initiatives, and supporting the continuous development of our staff to ensure a high level of guest service. The Learning Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division as well.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum 2 years of work experience at Hyatt
· Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrates Hyatt's purpose and core values as a role model
· Foster a continuous learning and growth culture by training, developing, and promoting our talented colleagues
· Experience as a Departmental Service Coach or in managing operational job skill training
· Fluent in both Korean and English
