The Laundry Valet is responsible for providing professional and courteous laundry and dry-cleaning services to guests. This role ensures the timely pickup, cleaning, pressing, and delivery of garments while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus

Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping in a luxury hotel environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
