As a Sales Intern, you will explore how our Sales team connects with clients, supports event inquiries, and ensures every business partnership reflects the warmth and excellence of Grand Hyatt hospitality.
You will learn how to assist with client correspondence, proposal and contract preparation, database management, and the coordination of site inspections and meetings. This internship will help you understand how Sales plays a vital role in driving hotel performance while creating lasting impressions for our guests and partners.
Throughout your journey, you will be guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Sales Manager or Executive), and buddy (Sales Team Members). You'll also enjoy a personalised learning journey with opportunities to join staff events, volunteering programs, and special projects, and many more experiences that will enrich your professional and personal growth.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related major
· Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
· Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communicating with guests and clients
· Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
· Passionate about sales operations, client service, and business development
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with email and digital tools
· Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team
· Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months
· Dedicated to creating distinctive experiences for every client and partner
