Job Responsibilities
· Front Desk: Assist in handling guest check - in and check - out procedures, answer guest inquiries, and handle simple complaints.
· Concierge: Provide luggage storage and handling services for guests, arrange transportation, and introduce information about surrounding attractions.
· Guest services: Transfer calls promptly and accurately, and offer various information inquiry services to guests.
· Job Requirements
· Have a passion for the hotel industry, possess good service awareness and communication skills.
· Be able to adapt to a fast - paced work environment and have strong problem - solving abilities.
· Have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Previous hotel internship experience is a plus.
· The minimum internship duration is six months.
