Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
· Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
· Assign daily tasks to staff and address special requests to maintain seamless operations.
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure availability while controlling costs.
· Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
· Oversee Lost and Found processes and assist guests with inquiries.
· Perform room cleaning duties as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and maintain professionalism.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
