Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a 4‑star hotel committed to providing uncomplicated and comfortable stays for our guests. We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Team. In this position, you will contribute to the cleanliness and presentation of our 330 guest rooms and all public areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and bar. You will report directly to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

· Supervising and guiding the Housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and all public areas
· Inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards
· Overseeing the organization of laundry and dry-cleaning processes for both guest items and colleague uniforms
· Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring proper upkeep of Housekeeping equipment
· Supporting the personalized service provided to frequent travelers and World of Hyatt members
· Handling guest complaints and taking ownership of follow‑up and preventive actions
· Ensuring a courteous, professional, and efficient service that contributes to memorable guest experiences

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  Strong communication skills in English
·  Experience in a housekeeping role
·  Proven leadership skills
·  Ability to multitask and motivate a team
·  Availability for day and evening shift s , including weekends
·  Possession of a European passport or valid Dutch work permit

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience with OPERA or similar hotel systems
