Job description

Ensures the Housekeeping Department is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adheres to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.

Actively checks and follows up on service and room standards.
·
Assists with the development, maintenance and update of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies & procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Rooms Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
·
Assists with the preparation of the annual Rooms Business Plan ensuring Departmental Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Manager in larger operations
· Fluent in both English and Korean
