Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.

The Role:
A large, 272-seat dining destination, Sailmaker offers a truly local dining experience. Serving a la cart breakfast, buffet breakfast and Seafarer Dinner, Sailmaker celebrates New South Wales’ finest produce, sourcing local and fresh produce.
Performing the role with the utmost professionalism, you will provide warm and friendly service to our valued guests. Our ideal candidate will thrive in high volume environments, whilst providing quality service. Duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, seating guests, answering incoming calls and queries and cashiering responsibility.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
· Prior experience in a restaurant environment
· Excellent personal presentation and grooming
· The ability to work autonomously
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· The availability to work a rotating, 7-day roster including early morning starts and weekends
· Valid Australian working rights
· A valid NSW RSA
