Job description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Centre is responsible to facilitation efficient communications for both guests and associates within the hotel and for external communications.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proficiency in English are preferred.
· Good command of computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office and email
· Work experience in Hotel/ Resort or Hospitality service
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
