About the Role

As an energizing and confident Host, you will join our creative and diverse Front Office Team, connecting with people and make things happen at Hyatt Regency Perth. A good understanding of multi-tasking and caring for our guests will ensure your day is full of exciting challenges and is never dull.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional hospitality career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

Some of the responsibilities include:

· Check-in and check-out of guests
· Cashiering
· Answering incoming calls to the hotel (internal and external)
· Coordinating and programming wake up calls
· Assisting guests with general guests enquiries
· Arrival report updating and room allocation
· Compliant handling

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Flexible working hours to cover morning, evening and occasional overnight shifts
·  Front Office experience in a busy five star hotels is preferred
·  Unrestricted visa and working rights in Australia
