You will provide thoughtful, personalized service by handling transportation arrangements, restaurant bookings, tour planning and more—all while ensuring a warm and professional guest experience that reflects the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a concierge, front office or guest service role preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge of attractions, restaurants and cultural sites.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
