Typical Shift Pattern: The bar is predominantly open in the evenings from 5pm to 1am

Duties and responsibilities related to the Head Bartender role

· Create and continuously evolve innovative cocktail menus that fuse modern mixology with British heritage.

· Train, mentor, and develop bartenders to ensure consistency in service, product knowledge, and cocktail execution.

· Oversee the quality and consistency of all beverages, upholding the highest standards at all times.

· Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless bar operations, including inventory control and stock management.

· Keep ahead of industry trends, ingredients, and techniques to introduce fresh concepts and maintain a competitive edge.

· Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and cost controls to maximise profitability and reduce waste.

· Represent the bar at tastings, industry events, and guest experiences where appropriate.

About You

You are an experienced Head Mixologist with a passion for creating innovative cocktails and leading a high-performing team in a luxury setting. With expertise in mixology trends, bar operations, and guest engagement, you excel at crafting unique experiences while ensuring smooth and profitable bar operations.
