We are seeking a customer-focused Guest Services Officer (Russian Speaker) to deliver exceptional guest experiences and provide personalized support to Russian-speaking guests. Desired profile

Qualifications :

Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).

· 
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.

· 
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· 
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

· 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hospitality/PMS systems is an advantage.

· 
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
