Job description



You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer – Reservations is responsible for handing all reservation and pre-arrival processes through phone, email, and other channels, while providing exceptional guest service, and responding to guest inquiries relating to reservation details. Guest Service Officer are responsible for group blocks and individual reservations, including owner reservations. This role works closely with all departments to ensure guest needs are exceeded.

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· 
Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.

· 
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
