Guest Experience Manager

Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Experience Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the recreation department, covering the gym, pool and other recreational facilities and activities.

Qualifications :

Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Guest Experience Manager or Assistant Guest Experience Recreation Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
