Job description
· You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
· The Director or EAM of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates who are currently in a leadership role as an Director(EAM) of Food & Beverage in 5 star hotels, preferably in Northeast Asia (Korea & Japan).
· Minimum 3 years work experience as Director or EAM of F&B.
· Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
·
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
· Fluent in English and Korean
