Gerente de Finanzas
Mexico City (Venustiano Carranza)
Job description
Join us in an extraordinary opportunity to shape the opening of Park Hyatt Mexico City, located in the most prestigious neighborhood of Polanco, facing Chapultepec Park—the largest urban park in the world—where timeless luxury meets contemporary elegance in the heart of one of the most vibrant and dynamic destinations worldwide.
This represents a unique occasion to showcase your skills and ingenuity, positioning Park Hyatt Mexico City as the new market leader and the fresh benchmark in luxury experiences. Your focus will be to highlight the design, spaciousness, and breathtaking views of our rooms and suites as the must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Mexico City for business, leisure, or ideally, a combination of both. At the same time, you will anchor the journey of Mexican culinary heritage in our dining spaces within the most affluent local community. Finally, you will celebrate our Wellness and Spa program as Polanco's most indulgent and rejuvenating sanctuary of peace and longevity.
With passion, attention, and a strong work ethic, you will actively and consistently engage all stakeholders to listen, learn, and lead a diverse team focused on fostering brand loyalty and cultivating positive guest experiences.
The Finance Manager will oversee, coordinate, and direct the financial and Information Technology (IT) department activities of the hotel by collaborating with the Director of Finance, leading the team, and assisting in financial processes in accordance with corporate policies and accounting standards. The goal is to ensure operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and achieve the hotel's financial objectives. This role is responsible for all hotel purchasing and procurement processes, including contracts. The Finance Manager must ensure that financial processes are carried out optimally, provide quality support to internal and external candidates, guarantee a work environment aligned with our higher purpose, and ensure that Hyatt International's established standards are applied across all processes.
