The Role

The Food & Beverage Trainer is responsible for elevating the quality of service delivery across all hotel dining outlets. This role focuses on upskilling the F&B team through structured training programs that align with Hyatt’s service culture, operational standards, and guest expectations.

Some of the key responsibilities:

· Work closely with the hotel training manager and F&B Manager, to address training needs, performance gaps and recommend solutions.

· Design and deliver training sessions for restaurant, room service and banquet staff.

· Conduct regular standards and performance audits, build and implement action plans.

· Promote a culture of excellence, consistency, and teamwork within all F&B outlets.

· Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs for F&B staff.

· Ensure alignment with Hyatt’s quality service standards.

· Monitor guest feedback and recommend service improvements based on insights.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a five-star hotel.

· Prior exposure to training or staff development is a strong advantage.

· Solid understanding of F&B service standards, menu knowledge, and guest relations.

· Strong communication and coaching skills.

· Ability to engage and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
