Job description

You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and owners. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring it is managed efficiently in accordance with the established concept and service standards. This role requires delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, while leading the team to create exceptional dining experiences and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
·  Candidate with work experience in hotel F&B operations is preferred.
·  Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities skills are essential.
