We are currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality dining experiences by supporting the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and event services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistency in service standards and guest satisfaction.

Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.

·
Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.

·
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation of all areas under responsibility.

·
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and care.

·
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

·
Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management processes as assigned by leadership.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
·  Strong communication and leadership skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.
·  Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and service techniques.
·  Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
·  Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
