Job description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor must be a leader with a desire to grow, a positive and professional attitude. Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, communicating pertinent information to staff. Monitor product quality and customer satisfaction in the restaurant. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to driving team engagement, ensuring amazing service for our guests, scheduling and training. This person can coordinate special events at the hotel and must have strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 1-year work experience as Customer service.
·  Excellent presentation and service attitude, proactive.
·  Refined verbal and written communication skills.
·  Ability to work efficiently and professionally during rush operation.
·  Conversational, Writing and reading English skills.
