This historical venue was built in 1850 and will keep its Scottish heritage with a focus on Whiskey, Craft Beer and a Gastro Pub style food menu. We are looking for team members to provide exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient service that creates an enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Previous experience in a bar environment

• Current RSA

• Full Australian Working Rights

• Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster

• Excellent presentation and grooming

• Team player with good interpersonal skills
