Job description
The Food and Beverage Admin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage department, including both the Service and Culinary teams. This role ensures the smooth coordination of day-to-day tasks, documentation, internal communication, and compliance processes to enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications :
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role; prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, or procurement platforms (e.g., BirchStreet) is an advantage.
