We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function at Hyatt Centric San Jose Escazu . This position plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, managing budgets and forecasts, maintaining compliance, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department.

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to hotel leadership and corporate teams.

·
Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s financial policies, local accounting regulations, and internal control standards.

·
Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial audits.

·
Partner with operational departments to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Manage and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Support capital planning, asset management, and owner relations as needed.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Profile Requirements:

· 
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

· 
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel finance or a similar leadership role.

· 
Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting tools, and accounting principles.

· 
Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, BirchStreet, and Oracle (preferred).

· 
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

· 
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

· 
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
