F & B Service Host - Park Hyatt Jakarta

Job description

· Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
· Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
· Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

· Adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Hygiene, Health and Food Safety
· Implement food safety programs and procedures.
· Always practice safety in handling food.
· Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field
·  Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
·  Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
·  Strong in leadership and business acumen
·  Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
