Operational

· 积极配合餐饮销售经理,努力完成个人及团队目标

Actively cooperate with the F&B sales manager to achieve personal and team goals.

· 熟知酒店的活动和运营的要求。

Understand the hotel's activities and operation requirements.

· 与客户和商业合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系

Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers and business partners

· 提前计划与客户的会面,对预定的客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标。

Carefully plan the meeting with the customers, implement customer relationship management to the scheduled customers, and complete the sales target.

· 准备每日拜访报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进

Prepare daily sales reports to ensure the accuracy of market and customer information so as to facilitate the follow-up of work.

· 在市场中积极传达产品信息和创造品牌认知度。

Actively communicate product information and create brand awareness in the market.

· 在拜访客户过程中,介绍酒店餐饮特点及优势运用酒店的独特卖点。

In the process of visiting customers, contact the hotel's catering characteristics and advantages to use the unique selling point of the hotel.

· 与销售经理沟通了解当前市场需求,分析潜在的市场机遇,并准备及制定项目促销计划,充分利用项目数据信息推广餐饮促销及活动;

Communication with the Sales Manager to understand the current market demand, analysis of the potential market opportunities, and preparation and project promotion plan, making full use of project data information to promote F&B promotion and activity;

· 协助经理确保所有工作按照工作计划和部门培训工序表进行。

Assist the sales manager ensures all work is according to the business plan and department training task list.

General

· 有效的进行交接班说明会,确保所有员工了解重要客人,特殊活动,每日特价,重点是推销某些产品等。

Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff is aware of VIPs, special occasions, and daily specials; with emphasis on upselling certain products.

· 始终提供礼貌和专业的服务。

Provides courteous and professional service at all times.

· 确保所有员工对酒店产品知识、当前推广、政策改变的最新了解及保持高效的内部沟通。

Ensures all associates maintain up-to-date awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotions, policy changes, and appropriate internal communication.

· 根据安排参加酒店培训课程,以提高工作技能及知识。

Attends hotel and Department training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.

· 了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, and health & safety.

· 确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

· 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

· 根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、改变,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。

Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry, and company.
