The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant at Alila Villas Uluwatu provides comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination between teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the Food & Beverage leadership in delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with Alila's standards of luxury, sustainability, and personalized service.
Desired profile
Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in luxury hospitality.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
·
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
·
