What you will do:
· Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative menus that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary techniques
· Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
· Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans to promote culinary offerings and enhance the restaurant's brand
· Provide excellent service to customers in a profession manner to drive guest satisfactions
· Execute ESG concept in controlling the food cost within budget and minimizing food wastage
· Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and staff personal hygiene in meeting ISO22000 standards
