Events Sales Manager

Job description
1.To provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and development Event clients which in turn maximises hotel revenue and profitability.
2.To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.
3.To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt's Policies & Procedures.
4.To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other hotel facilities and services.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
1.Education: A college degree or above is typically required. A background in Marketing, Hotel Management, or related fields is preferred
2.Experience: Generally requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in hotel banquet sales or conference sales. Experience with international hotel chains (e.g., Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) is usually a significant plus.
3.Sales & Negotiation Skills: Possesses excellent sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market development capabilities, enabling independent achievement of sales targets.
4.Industry Knowledge: Familiar with banquet and conference sales processes, possesses extensive experience in organizing and executing large-scale or high-end banquets, and can formulate sales strategies based on industry characteristics
