Job description

Achieve sales goals based on understanding HYATT philosophy and culture by collaborating team member through event sales activities.

Acquire skill to work closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments in order to maximize sales amount and profit for the entire company.

イベントプランナーの企画手配業務において、ハイアットの価値観、文化を理解した上で、チーム内従業員と連携を取りつつ質が高く間違いのないイベントの実現と部署の販売目標達成のためのアイデア提案など積極的に行う。

顧客満足の最大化を図るために、宿泊、F＆Bほか、関連部署とも連携良く協働するスキルを身につける

ホスピタリティマインドでの接遇を大切にできる方

【歓迎条件】

ホテル勤務経験のある方

英語、韓国語、中国語の語学スキル
