Job description

1.主管公共区域、酒店的维修、维护和工程运营,并与部门标准保持一致。

Supervises the Repair, Maintenance and Engineering Operations of the Common Areas, Hotel according to the Departmental Standards.

2.按照要求,主管、监督和及时汇报所有工程部服务承包商的工作,并在其运营中提供协助。

As requested, supervises, monitors and reports on all Engineering Service Contractors associated with the operations of the property

3.按照工程部的管理要求,支持其他商务人员和技术员的工作。

Assists other Trades Persons or Technicians when requested by Engineering Management.

4.及时汇报所安装设备的改动变化,将损失降到到最低,并为日后的维护工作提供依据。

Reports on methods to modify installations to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance.

5.避免隐蔽危险的发生,遵照当地法律法规和规范实施。

Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.

6.确保所有工作区域干净整洁,在进行维护、维修的时候做好周边保护工作。

Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.

7.按照工程部的管理,监督和配合所有资产的维修和维护工作。

Monitors, and Coordinates all Repairs and Maintenance associated with property as requested by Engineering Management.

8.经常检查酒店建筑物并仔细检查紧急逃生系统是否存在漏洞和缺陷,细致观察所有设备的运转状况,就安装位置不容易维修的设备而言,予以特别关注。

Regularly inspect the entire building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and to observe closely the condition of all operating equipment. Specific attention

must be placed on areas of difficult access.

9.与工程部领班紧密合作,确保服务承包商、员工和技术员都使用正确的文字格式和执行工作流程。

Work closely with Engineering Team Leaders to ensure the correct paperwork and procedures are issued and followed by Service Contractors, Staff, and Technicians etc.

10.按照预防性维护程序,执行高效管理。

Execute Effective Management of Preventive Maintenance Programme.

11.确保管辖区域内的计量设备可时时计量并运转正常。

Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.

12.确保火警报警、疏散逃生系统正常工作。

Ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational.

13.复核所有的发票和采购申请,包括工程部所运营管理的资产,即所指(不仅只包含)的服务设备、安装的设备、维护设备、备品配件的联网维修和更换等

等。

Reviews all Invoices and Purchase Requests involving engineering operations of the property which may (but not exclusively involve) Services and Installations, Machinery

Maintenance Spare Parts Network Repairs & Alterations etc.

Qualifications :
