The Role:
As the Commissionaire, you will play key role in the operations of our Hotel. Supervising the porte-cochère, you will manage the flow of traffic into the driveway and work collaboratively with the Bell Attendants to load/unload guest luggage. With a warm and professional manner, you will provide exceptional guest service greeting and farewelling all guests and visitors.

Responsibilities Include:

· Managing the porte-cochère, directing traffic and ensuring smooth and safe flow
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the porte-cochère and work environment
· Assist in the loading and unloading of guest luggage
· Arrange and call taxi’s for departing guests and visitors
· Coordinating and demonstrating knowledge of guest arrivals and departures including functions, group movements and VIPs
· Supporting the Bell & Concierge services
· Holding strong knowledge of the Hotel outlets and facilities
· Holding strong knowledge of the local area including attractions, entertainment venues and transportation
