Job description
- To ensure that the Food and Beverage activities arealigned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions havebeen implemented where appropriate.
- To represent the Food and Beverage function on thehotel's Executive Committee.
- To oversee the preparation and update of individualDepartmental Operations Manuals.
- To conduct regular divisional communications meetingsand ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conductedas necessary.
- To ensure that guest history files are maintainedand utilised
