Job description

§ 负责管理详尽的竞争对手调查,其有关于现有的和新的会议宴会产品和概念

To conduct extensive competitor surveys on current and new Events/ Banqueting product & concept.

§ 设法积极地与主要行业获得和开发市场销售行为,例如旅行社和会议组织

To actively court and develop sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such as travel agencies, convention organisers.

§ 为酒店确保高水平的销售拜访、电话销售和书面交流标准

To ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications.

§ 专业化地计划电话销售行为的程序以确定新的商业机会

To professionally devise routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.

§ 与市场销售部总监和餐饮部总监合作开发、监管和评估所有与会议部有关的目标、策略、市场计划和行为计划,以达到或超越收入预测。

To develop, monitor, and evaluate all events related objectives, strategies, marketing plan and action plans with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of F&B so as to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.

To assist the Director of Marketing to review and evaluate the effectiveness of catering activities and adjust as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Marketing Plan.

To implement the operational standards as per Hyatt International Operation Manuals, establishing the Hotel as the undisputed trendsetter in Catering creativity.

§ 贯彻所有会议宴会部员工的行为计划,其应关系到市场计划大纲的负责范围

To implements all Events associates action plans related to responsible areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

§ 计划和安排现有公司和有潜力公司的销售拜访,从而扩大新的会议商机

To plan and make sales calls to companies which are our current and potential clienteles to explore into new events business opportunities.

§ 确保所有会议宴会部员工完全通晓市场需要和趋势,以至于他们的产品达到要求

To ensure that all Events associates are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.

§ 与行政总厨、会议宴会服务部经理紧密合作,提供创造性的建议和会议执行内容。

To work closely with the Executive Chef, Event Service Manager on creative suggestions and event execution matters.

§ 在VIP客户到达酒店时予以欢迎,离开酒店时予以送别

To meet and greet VIP guests upon arrival/ departure.

§ 维持详细的酒店设施、特色和服务的知识

To maintain a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.

§ 以支持性和灵活的方式与其他部门领导保持密切合作,主要集中在酒店的全面成就和酒店客人的满意

To work closely with other Department Heads in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

To ensure Events associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

To ensure that utilization of various technology (Envisioni, Operas, Reserves) and software is maximized and that clean data are maintained at all times.

§ 查看会议档案以确保准确的预定程序,其包括团队房间和会议历史纪录、会议安排和主题、合同等。

To review Events files to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting program history, Events set up and themes, contractual agreements, etc.

To ensure that all credit and collection procedures established by the hotel credit policies and procedures are implemented.
