Digital Marketing – Assistant Manager

Job description
You will play a crucial role on the overall digital strategy deployed on digital media, related e-commerce activity and driving social campaign for Grand Hyatt Dubai. You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements and objectives.
· Support the digital marketing team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
· Responsible to update and maintain websites and micro-sites; work with partnered agencies to ensure contents are current and optimized for search engine and user experience is optimum for driving conversion rates.
· Responsible to monitor and respond guests' online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
· Track and report performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
· Collaborate with internal team and stakeholders to develop digital plans.
· Work closely with external partners for comprehensive strategic recommendations and ensure campaign's KPIs are achieved across all channels.
· Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in digital, e-commerce, business, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
· Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker.
· Excellent communicator, project management and analytical skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
