Consider your next career step as Deputy General Manager in our Hotel 4* in Menorca (Islas Baleares) Aula Illa de Menorca.
Your main mission will be: to report to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of this 4* Alua Illa de Menorca Hotel and support the rest of the complex in S´Algar (Apartments / Adults Only Hotel) together with the General Managers.
Your main functions will be:
· Coordination, supervision and analysis of results of all the Departments of the Hotel:
· Supporting the General Manager Lead and inspire high performance of the hotel teams by continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow.
· Ensure proper implementation of Hyatt procedures and policies in alignment with strategic plans.
· Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Qualifications :
· What do we expect from you?
· A minimum of three (2) years of experience in Deputy General Manager positions.
· Knowledge of the vacation market is mandatory.
· Experience in Events.
· Ability to work autonomously.
· Operational focus, problem solving skills to manage with the challenges of the area, calmness and social/teamwork to be close to the team and properties.
· Functional knowledge of all department operations.
· High level of Spanish and English is mandatory - verbal and written.
· Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
· Able to reside in Island of Menorca, Spain.
