Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Cost Control with a strong background and experience in Accounting to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali
Cost Control will be responsible to assist in managing day to day Accounting operation, support the Cost Control across various functions and below are some of the key responsibilities:
· Understands thoroughly Hyatt International objectives in Cost Control as to provide an effective control and auditing system for the activities of the Accounting division.
· Provides summary reports of the costs required by the Accounting and Control division to prepare daily and monthly reports.
· Provides Heads of Departments with accurate cost information necessary to effectively manage and optimize their departmental profitability.
· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting.
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Cost
Control in a luxury international brand hotel.
· Experience with hotel financial systems such as Materials Control, SUN, or similar financial applications is an advantage
· Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust and confidence.
· Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment.
· Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
