Corporate Management Training Program at Hyatt

Are you a talented and ambitious individual ready to launch your career in hospitality operations? Hyatt's Corporate Management Training (CMT) Program is a comprehensive hotel management program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to excel as a future hotel leader.

As a CMT, you'll develop your management capabilities, gain deep exposure in your area of specialization, get insights into other hotel departments, and make meaningful contributions to your hotel's success.

What You’ll Experience: Program Highlights

Our 12 months program includes:

· Technical Skills Module: Develop a strong foundation in key technical skills and operational procedures.

· Management Module: Step into managerial responsibilities, gaining practical experience in leading teams, managing resources, and driving performance.

· Rotation Module : Gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations by rotating through various departments, including Administration, Outlets, Banqueting and Stewarding.

· Leadership Development : Participate in team leading tasks, management projects, and various leadership programs.

· Mentorship & Coaching: Work closely with assigned program managers and mentors to guide your development.

· Customized Training Plan : you will receive a personalized training plan tailored to your individual career objectives and developmental needs.

Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For:

·  Full-Time Commitment : This is a full-time paid Management Internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).
·  Housing: Please note that housing is not included.
·  Work Authorization : You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.
·  Relevant Career Path : Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.
·  Language Skills : Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role
·  Passion for Learning : We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
