As a Commis, you display passion and knowledge of Western and Asian cuisines and take pride in preparing high quality meals for guests to enjoy. You assist with a great deal of food preparation in the kitchen and follow safe food handling procedures. You work well as part of a team and enjoy helping your colleagues whenever you can.
