Qualifications :
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling.
• Interest in Chinese cuisine and eagerness to develop cooking skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions from senior chefs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
• Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory.
