Job description
Urchin Restaurant, part of the prestigious Hyatt Regency Hotel Cape Town, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our culinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef starting their career in fine dining to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive kitchen environment.
Requirement:
· Must have a full chef qualification
· Some practical kitchen experience preferred but not essential
· Strong willingness to learn and grow
· Passin for quality, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
· Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
· Positive attitude and strong team player.
