Are you enthusiastic about Asian cuisine and eager to grow your skills in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen? We are looking for a Commis Chef with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced chefs.
· Assist in the preparation and cooking of Asian dishes, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation
· Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
· Uphold food hygiene and safety standards
· Support the kitchen team with day-to-day tasks and service preparation
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Asian cuisine
· Basic knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and kitchen equipment
· A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
