Chef de Rang

Job description

At Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale , we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Chef de Rang to join our F&B team. Working across our outlets, including The Organics SkyGarden rooftop and our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage different styles of service and oversee an assigned station with professionalism and attention to detail.

Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and guests at all times.

·
Actively contribute to teamwork and foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

·
Ensure proper mise en place and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all service areas.

·
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests and provide recommendations.

·
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including refrigerator temperature monitoring, food labeling procedures, workstation sanitation, and the proper use of HACCP-approved products and practices.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

· 
Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role.

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· 
Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

· 
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

· 
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

· 
Valid Italian work permit

RAL expected to range approximately between €24,000 and €25,000, to be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and level of seniority.
