We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie – Pastry to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Pastry Kitchen. In this role, you will help ensure that the kitchen operates according to performance standards, and that all dishes from the section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
We are seeking someone with expertise in chocolate and cake handling, who demonstrates excellent pastry skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-quality pastries and desserts, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards in both taste and presentation.

Qualifications :
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards
·
Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems
·
Strong leadership capabilities
·
Passion for working with people
·
