Requirements:
· Recognized pastry or culinary qualification
· 3-5 years' pastry experience, preferably for innovative dessert creation
· Ability to maintain high-standards under pressure.
· Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Passion for seasonal ingredients and attention to detail.
