Chef de Partie - Bakery

Job description

Exciting opportunity in Doha, Qatar for young, talented and passionate individual. The right candidate would be in charge of Bakery in the Pastry Kitchen for preparation of breads, pastries and doughs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Proven experience in a Bakery Chef de Partie role with excellent use of various baking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
·  Ability to multitask with good time management and work efficiently under pressure
·  Knowledge of best cooking practices with experience in European cuisine
·  Culinary school diploma or qualification from a culinary school
·  At least 3 - 4 years of experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel, or a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
