Job description
You will be responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen section within the associate dining facility. This role ensures that nutritious, well-balanced, and high-quality meals are consistently prepared and served to associates, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and food safety.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience in preparing balanced meals for large groups is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Culinary certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
